Systems-Consulting email for more information: ALPS MD-5000 New Printer Limited WarrantyOur warranty on printers is limited. If an ALPS printer purchased from us proves to have a problem on arrival, we will replace the printer or, at our discretion, refund your purchase price, less shipping. This warranty policy will also be in effect for the first 30 days following your receipt of the originally purchased printer. For replacement, we would need the defective printer returned to us in mechanically sound condition. The return package would need to be sent with appropriate packaging and be insured. We cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during shipment. Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned printer and agreement that there is a problem as described, we will replace the printer with another that is in the same condition as originally described. Please note that "defective" printers returned under this policy will be inspected and if found to have a customer related problem, (i.e. dirty print head, dirty platen, or other problem that the customer could reasonably have solved), will be shipped back to you at your expense following reasonable communication between Systems-Consulting and yourself. It is not our intent for you to be dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to help you through any difficulty that may arise. We do not have an extended supply of printers. We do not repair ALPS printers, nor does anyone else in the U.S. All ALPS MD-Series printers are processed by ALPS USA on an exchange basis through their Technical Support Department. ALPS is currently exchanging defective printers for a new MD-5000. Refunds will be in made the same form as you originally used for payment. |
